Overview & Mechanism of Action

• Allergo Comod Eye Drops (10ml) is an advanced, preservative-free ophthalmic liquid engineered to manage and prevent ocular allergy symptoms. Delivered via the continuous mono-dose COMOD system bottle, it keeps the solution sterile without requiring chemical preservatives:
• Mast Cell Stabilization (Sodium Cromoglicate 2%): Inhibits calcium influx into sensitized mast cells within the ocular conjunctiva. This prevents the release of inflammatory mediators (such as histamines and leukotrienes) triggered by airborne pollen, pet dander, or dust.
• Preservative-Free COMOD® Bottle System: Eliminates chemical preservatives (like benzalkonium chloride) that frequently cause secondary corneal tissue irritation, dry eye exacerbation, or local allergic reactions.
• Soothing Hydro-Protection: Helps flush out allergens trapped on the eye surface while rapidly soothing irritated, burning, and hyperemic conjunctival tissues.

Clinical Indications

• Allergo Comod Eye Drops 10ml is indicated for:
• Prevention and symptomatic relief of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis (hay fever eye allergies)
• Relief of perennial (year-round) allergic conjunctivitis caused by dust mites, mold spores, or animal hair
• Managing acute allergic eye symptoms including itching, burning, conjunctival redness, and excessive lacrimation (tearing)

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

• Administration: Wash hands thoroughly before application. Remove the protective cap. Invert the COMOD bottle and instil drops directly into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s). Avoid letting the dropper tip touch the eye, eyelid, or skin surfaces.

Recommended Dosage:

• Adults & Children over 6 years: Instil 1 drop into each affected eye 4 times daily, or as directed by an ophthalmologist or physician.

Precautions & Warnings: For topical ocular use only. If wearing soft contact lenses, remove them prior to instillation and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting. Space administration by at least 15 minutes if using multiple eye preparations. Discard the bottle 12 weeks (3 months) after first opening.
