  • Deep Relief Gel (50g tube) provides fast, penetrating pain relief by combining two clinically proven active ingredients working through complementary pathways:
  • Targeted NSAID Anti-Inflammatory Relief (Ibuprofen 5% w/w): Penetrates through the cutaneous layers to inhibit cyclooxygenase ($COX-1$ and $COX-2$) enzymes at the site of tissue injury. This halts localized prostaglandin synthesis, reducing soft tissue swelling, inflammation, and deep joint pain.
  • Rapid Sensory Cooling & Counter-Irritation (Levomenthol 3% w/w): Activates thermal cold receptors ($TRPM8$) on cutaneous nerve endings, producing an instant cooling sensation that dulls pain nerve signal transmission to the central nervous system via the sensory gate control mechanism.
  • Dual-Action Synergistic Formula: The combination delivers immediate cooling comfort from menthol while ibuprofen works concurrently underneath to resolve underlying tissue inflammation.

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

  • Apply a thin layer (1 to 4 cm of gel) to the affected painful area up to 3 times daily as needed. Gently massage until fully absorbed into the skin. Leave at least 4 hours between applications. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after use unless treating the hands.

Precautions & Warnings:

  • For external topical use only on intact skin. Do not apply to broken, infected, or inflamed skin, or near the eyes, lips, and sensitive mucous membranes. Contraindicated in individuals hypersensitive to Ibuprofen, aspirin, Levomenthol, or other NSAIDs, and in those with a history of NSAID-induced asthma or rhinitis. Do not cover with occlusive dressings or air-tight bandages. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
