  • Epti Syrup (120ml bottle) is a combined orexigenic (appetite-stimulating) and nutritional formulation designed to reverse poor appetite and support anabolic weight gain:
  • Central Appetite Stimulation (Cyproheptadine HCl): Acts as a potent antagonist at serotonin ($5\text{-HT}_2$) receptors in the appetite-regulating center of the hypothalamus, dampening satiety signals and prompting increased caloric intake.
  • Essential Amino Acid & Growth Support (L-Lysine): Provides L-Lysine, an essential amino acid necessary for protein synthesis, tissue repair, collagen formation, and skeletal growth in growing children and recovering adults.

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

  • Measure doses accurately using a calibrated measuring spoon or cup. Administer 15 to 30 minutes before main meals to maximize appetite stimulation.

Recommended Dosage:

  • Children 2–6 years: 2.5ml to 5ml twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
  • Children 7–12 years: 5ml two to three times daily before meals.
  • Adults & Adolescents over 12 years: 10ml two to three times daily before meals.

Precautions & Warnings:

  • For oral administration only. May cause drowsiness, sedation, or lightheadedness, particularly during the first few days of treatment; avoid driving, operating machinery, or consuming alcohol while taking this syrup.
