Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

• Thoroughly wash hands with warm water and soap, then dry completely before handling strips. Remove a test strip from the vial and immediately close the cap tightly. Insert the test strip into the Dr. Morepen GlucoOne meter (the meter powers on automatically). Obtain a fresh drop of blood using a lancing device and touch the capillary edge of the test strip to the blood drop until the reaction chamber fills. Results display within 5 seconds. Safely discard the used test strip after single use.

Precautions & Warnings:

• For in vitro diagnostic self-testing only. Strips are strictly single-use—do not re-use. Store test strips in their original vial between $2^\circ\text{C}$ and $30^\circ\text{C}$. Do not freeze, refrigerate, or expose test strips to direct heat, intense sunlight, or extreme humidity. Use test strips within 3 to 6 months of opening the vial (refer to product packaging insert for exact stability window). Do not use past the expiration date. Keep out of reach of children.
