• Erovita Midstream Pregnancy Test Kit provides rapid, hygienic, and highly sensitive detection of early pregnancy:
• Immunochromatographic Sandwich Assay: Employs gold-conjugated monoclonal antibodies directed against human Chorionic Gonadotropin ($\text{hCG}$), a hormone produced by placental trophoblastic tissue shortly after embryo implantation.
• Rapid High-Sensitivity Detection: Detects trace concentrations of $\text{hCG}$ in urine at sensitivities as low as $25\text{ mIU/mL}$, yielding reliable, over $99\%$ accurate results within $3\text{--}5\text{ minutes}$.
• Dual Line Validation Control: Features a built-in procedural control ($C$) line that verifies proper fluid absorption and capillary lateral flow migration alongside the test ($T$) line indicating positive $\text{hCG}$ presence.

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

• Remove the test stick from its sealed foil pouch immediately before testing and remove the protective cap to expose the absorbent tip.
• Hold the test stick by the thumb grip with the exposed absorbent tip pointing downward directly into the urine stream for at least $10\text{ seconds}$ (or submerge the tip into a clean urine collection cup for $10\text{ seconds}$).
• Replace the cap, place the test flat on an even, non-absorbent surface, and read results between $3\text{ and }5\text{ minutes}$. Do not interpret results after $10\text{ minutes}$.

Result Interpretation:

• Positive: Two distinct colored lines appear (both $C$ and $T$).
• Negative: One colored line appears in the control region ($C$).
• Invalid: No line appears in the control region ($C$).

Precautions & Warnings:

• For in vitro diagnostic self-testing use only. Single-use device; do not reuse. Very dilute urine samples (due to high fluid intake) may yield low $\text{hCG}$ concentrations; testing first-morning urine provides maximum accuracy. Trophoblastic diseases, certain ovarian cysts, or recent pregnancy/miscarriage can elevate $\text{hCG}$ and cause false positive results. Store between $2^\circ\text{C}$ and $30^\circ\text{C}$ in a dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
