Overview & Technical Features

  • Examination Gloves Medium (box of 100 gloves) provide reliable barrier protection and tactile precision across healthcare, laboratory, and sanitation settings:
  • Medical-Grade Barrier Protection: Engineered to meet stringent medical-grade quality standards (e.g., EN 455 / ASTM D3578), providing an effective barrier against biological fluids, pathogens, mild chemicals, and environmental contaminants.
  • Powder-Free & Hypoallergenic Finish: Manufactured without cornstarch powder to prevent skin irritation, wound contamination, and respiratory aerosolization of powder particles during clinical procedures.
  • Micro-Textured Tactile Grip & Beaded Cuff: Features micro-textured fingertips to maintain a non-slip grip under both wet and dry conditions, alongside a beaded cuff for added tear resistance during donning.
  • Ergonomic Medium Sizing: Sized for medium hand dimensions ($7.5\text{--}8.0\,\text{inches}$ palm width), offering an ergonomic, comfortable fit that reduces hand fatigue during extended wear.

Clinical Indications

  • Examination Gloves Powder-Free Medium 100s is indicated for:
  • Non-sterile medical examinations, diagnostic procedures, and nursing care in outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Infection prevention and hygiene control during wound dressing, venipuncture, and specimen collection
  • Personal protective barrier utility in pharmaceutical preparation, clinical diagnostic laboratories, and dental hygiene procedures
  • General sanitation, food handling, and first-aid application

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

  • Perform proper hand hygiene before donning gloves. Pull gloves onto clean, dry hands by gripping the beaded cuff. Ensure a proper fit without overstretching the material. After procedure completion, carefully peel off the gloves from the cuff downward, turning them inside out to contain contaminants. Dispose of used gloves immediately in designated biohazard or medical waste containers and perform hand hygiene.

Precautions & Warnings:

  • Single-use disposable device—do not re-use, wash, or re-sterilize. Inspect gloves prior to use; do not use if punctured, torn, or damaged. If using natural rubber latex examination gloves, be aware that latex proteins may cause allergic reactions (including anaphylaxis) in sensitized individuals; discontinue use and switch to nitrile or vinyl alternatives if irritation or hypersensitivity occurs. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat, sunlight, fluorescent light, ozone, and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
