Eye Fresh Ultra Drops 15ml combines Polyethylene Glycol and Propylene Glycol to deliver long-lasting ocular surface hydration, protect against tear film evaporation, and rapidly soothe burning, itching, and dryness.

Overview & Mechanism of Action

  • Eye Fresh Ultra Drops ($15\text{ml}$ dropper bottle containing Polyethylene Glycol and Propylene Glycol polymeric lubricant system) acts synergistically with natural tears to restore ocular surface homeostasis:
  • Polymer-Mucin Network Formation: Polyethylene Glycol and Propylene Glycol bind to the mucin layer of the tear film, enhancing tear retention and coating the corneal and conjunctival epithelium with a soothing hydration shield.
  • Tear Film Evaporation Protection: Stabilizes the aqueous-mucin tear layer, extending tear film break-up time ($\text{TBUT}$) and shielding the corneal surface from oxidative and mechanical irritation caused by wind, smoke, air conditioning, or screen usage.
  • Ocular Surface Cytoprotection: Promotes epithelial cell recovery and provides sustained lubrication to minimize friction between the eyelid and cornea during blinking.

Clinical Indications & Uses

  • Eye Fresh Ultra Drops 15ml is indicated for:
  • Relief of burning, stinging, gritty sensation, and dryness caused by dry eye syndrome or environmental exposure (sun, wind, dry heat, air conditioning)
  • Symptomatic management of ocular fatigue and dryness resulting from prolonged digital screen work or extended reading
  • Moisture restoration and lubricating support for contact lens wearers experiencing corneal dryness or friction

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

  • Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed throughout the day. Tilt head back slightly, pull down lower eyelid to form a pocket, squeeze drop into the eye, and close eye gently for 1 to 2 minutes.

Recommended Dosage:

  • Adults and Children: Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed, or as directed by an ophthalmologist or optometrist.

Precautions & Warnings:

  • For ophthalmic use only. Do not touch the tip of the dropper bottle to any surface, including the eye or fingers, to prevent microbial contamination. Discontinue use and consult an eye specialist if eye pain, continuous vision alterations, or localized redness and irritation persist for more than 72 hours. Remove soft contact lenses prior to instillation unless specifically recommended by your eye doctor. Store below $25^\circ\text{C}$ in a cool, dry place protected from light. Keep bottle tightly closed when not in use. Keep out of reach of children.
