Overview & Mechanism of Action

• Ezycof Lozenges (24-lozenge pack) provides targeted, dual-action demulcent and counter-irritant relief for painful and irritated throat mucosa:
• Salivary Secretion & Mucosal Coating: Slow dissolution of the lozenge stimulates natural salivary secretion, forming a protective, hydrating demulcent layer over inflamed pharyngeal mucosa to reduce friction and localized raw soreness.
• Sensory Cooling & Mild Local Anesthesia (Menthol & Essential Oils): Activates cutaneous thermal cold receptors in the oral and pharyngeal cavity, producing a mild cooling and numbing effect that dulls throat hypersensitivity and elevates the cough trigger threshold.

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

• Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours as needed. Do not chew or swallow whole.

Recommended Dosage:

• Adults & Children 6 years and older: Up to 8 to 10 lozenges per day, or as needed for throat discomfort.Children under 6 years: Not recommended due to potential choking risk.

Precautions & Warnings:

• For oral mucosal use only. If sore throat symptoms persist for more than 2 to 3 days, worsen, or are accompanied by high fever, severe headache, or persistent nausea, consult a healthcare provider.
