How to Use & Disposal
- Application: Remove the pad from its individual wrapper and peel away the long paper strip on the back to expose the adhesive. Press the pad firmly into the center of your underwear. Peel the paper backings off the wings, wrap them tightly around the underside of the gusset, and press to secure.
- Frequency: To maintain excellent personal hygiene and prevent odor or bacterial buildup, change your pad every 4 to 6 hours on heavy flow days.
