• Micronema Solution (10ml single-use flexible tube with rectal nozzle) delivers a localized, hyperosmotic, and surfactant-based rectal solution for rapid relief of constipation:
• Osmotic Water Retention (Sorbitol & Sodium Citrate): Draws water into the lower bowel matrix via osmotic pressure gradients, increasing stool volume and softening hardened fecal mass within the rectum and sigmoid colon.
• Surfactant & Stool Softening Action (Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate): Lowers surface tension of intestinal fluid, enabling liquid to penetrate and lubricate impacted fecal matter, breaking up hard stools.
• Peristaltic Reflex Stimulation: The local volume expansion and fluid release gently stimulate natural rectal contraction reflexes (defecation reflex), promoting predictable, gentle evacuation without systemic absorption.

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

• Break off or unscrew the nozzle tip. Gently insert the entire length of the flexible nozzle into the rectum (for infants/children under 3 years, insert only half the nozzle length). Squeeze the entire contents of the 10ml tube into the rectum, then carefully remove the nozzle while maintaining pressure on the tube to prevent back-flow. Encourage retention of the liquid for 5 to 15 minutes before evacuation.

Recommended Dosage:

• Adults & Children over 3 years: Administer 1 tube (10ml) rectally as a single dose.
• Children under 3 years: Use under medical advice; administer half a tube (5ml) or as directed by a pediatrician.

Precautions & Warnings:

• For rectal administration only; do not swallow or administer orally. Do not use in patients with acute abdominal pain, intestinal obstruction, bowel perforation, severe ulcerative colitis, or unexplained rectal bleeding.
