Overview & Mechanism of Action

• Pylsil Diosmin 450 Tablets pack containing of micronized purified Diosmin per tablet) targets venous wall dysfunction, lymphatic insufficiency, and microvascular inflammation:
• Venous Tone Amplification (Venoconstriction): Enhances parietal venous tone by prolonging the vasoconstrictor action of norepinephrine on venous smooth muscle cells. This decreases venous capacitance, venous stasis, and intravascular pressure in lower extremity veins.
• Microvascular Permeability & Lymphatic Drainage: Fortifies capillary walls, reduces microvascular hyperpermeability, and improves lymphatic drainage velocity and lymphatic capillary pressure, effectively reducing edema (fluid accumulation) in peripheral tissues.
• Anti-Inflammatory & Endothelial Protection: Suppresses pro-inflammatory mediators (prostaglandins and leukotrienes), decreases leukocyte adhesion and activation at the vascular endothelium, and protects microvessels against oxidative stress.

Clinical Indications & Uses

• Pylsil Diosmin 450 Tablets 30s is indicated for:
• Relief of symptoms associated with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), such as heavy legs, leg pain, nocturnal muscle cramps, paresthesias, and venous edema
• Management of functional symptoms related to varicose veins and venous stasis dermatitis
• Symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic hemorrhoidal attacks to reduce localized swelling, inflammation, bleeding, and pain

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

• Swallow tablets whole with water during main meals.

Recommended Dosage:

• Chronic Venous Insufficiency / Varicose Veins: 2 tablets daily (1 tablet with lunch and 1 tablet with dinner).Acute Hemorrhoidal Attacks: 6 tablets daily (2 tablets 3 times daily) for the first 4 days, followed by 4 tablets daily (2 tablets twice daily) for the next 3 days, then maintenance dosage as advised by a physician.

Precautions & Warnings:

• For oral administration only. Not intended as a substitute for specific medical or surgical treatment of severe hemorrhoidal or advanced peripheral vascular conditions. Rare, mild gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, dyspepsia) or autonomic side effects (headaches) may occur. Exercise caution during pregnancy or lactation due to limited clinical evaluation data. Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
