Designed to protect wounds and burns against infection, it promotes a clean, moist healing environment while enabling painless dressing changes.
Silvichlor Tulle 10cm x 10cm (Pack of 10) provides effective antimicrobial protection and gentle wound care for acute and chronic skin injuries. Formulated with a paraffin-wax base impregnated with broad-spectrum antiseptic/antibacterial agents, this leno-weave gauze dressing prevents the secondary dressing from sticking to the sensitive wound bed. It allows free drainage of wound exudate into an absorbent outer dressing, reducing tissue trauma and pain during removal while accelerating the natural healing process.

Directions for Use: Carefully clean the wound with sterile saline or water and gently pat the surrounding skin dry. Peel open the sterile pouch and place the Silvichlor Tulle dressing directly onto the wound bed. Cover with an appropriate secondary absorbent dressing (such as sterile gauze or pads) and secure in place with tape or a bandage. Change daily or as advised by a healthcare provider.
Precautions: For external use only. Do not use if the sterile inner packaging is damaged or open prior to use. Patients with known hypersensitivity to silver compounds or sulfonamide/chlorhexidine antiseptics should avoid use. If redness, persistent irritation, or signs of allergic reaction develop, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C away from direct heat and light.
