Systane Ultra High Perfomance Eye Drops 10Ml

Overview & Mechanism of Action

• Systane Ultra High Performance Eye Drops ($10\text{ml}$ multi-dose bottle) utilizes an advanced dual-polymer demulcent matrix engineered to deliver immediate and extended dry eye comfort:
• Dual Demulcent Active System (PEG 400 & Propylene Glycol): Combines Polyethylene Glycol 400 ($0.4\%$) and Propylene Glycol ($0.3\%$) to reduce surface friction, bind environmental moisture, and rehydrate damaged corneal epithelial cells.
• HP-Guar Bioadhesive Gel Matrix: Contains Hydroxypropyl Guar (HP-Guar), which interacts with borate ions at natural tear pH to form a viscoelastic, mesh-like protective gel across dry or injured corneal micro-zones.
• Tear Film Stabilization & Extended TBUT: Increases Tear Film Break-Up Time (TBUT), preventing premature tear evaporation, easing eyelid friction during blinking, and facilitating epithelial cell regeneration.
