• Trimetabol Syrup (150ml) is a comprehensive oral solution formulated to manage loss of appetite and support weight gain across paediatric and adult age groups. It works holistically across all stages of nutrition—appetite triggering, digestive secretion, nutrient absorption, and tissue assimilation:
• Metopine (Cyproheptadine Acefillinate): A selective anti-histaminic and anti-serotonergic agent that acts directly on hypothalamic satiety centers to rapidly induce hunger and restore standard eating desires.

• Recommended Dosage:
