How to Use
- Prepare: Rest for 5-15 minutes before measuring. Avoid eating, drinking alcohol/caffeine, smoking, or exercising for at least 30 minutes prior . Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your arm resting on a table so the cuff is at heart level .
- Apply Cuff: Wrap the SmartFit cuff snugly around your bare upper arm, about 2-3 cm above the elbow .
