How to Use Effectively

This product can be used either as a therapeutic gargle for the throat or as a mouthwash for oral health.

• Measure the Dose: Pour the solution up to the designated mark on the included measuring cup (or dilute according to packaging instructions if required—typically 1 part Betadine to 2 parts warm water for a milder wash).
• To Gargle (For Sore Throats): Tilt your head backward and hold the liquid at the back of your throat. Gargle deeply for 30 seconds to ensure full coverage of the tonsil area, then spit it out.
• To Wash (For Mouth Ulcers/Gums): Swish the liquid vigorously around your mouth, pushing it through your teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit it out.
