Bonex-D Tablets 60s is a high-potency bone health supplement combining Calcium and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) to support strong bones, preserve bone mineral density, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance optimal calcium absorption.

1

Overview & Mechanism of Action

  • Bonex-D Tablets (60-tablet pack) supplies essential Calcium bio-minerals synergistically combined with Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) to maintain skeletal integrity, teeth density, and neuromuscular function:
  • Elemental Calcium Integration: Serves as the primary structural constituent of bone hydroxyapatite crystals and tooth enamel matrix. Essential for physiological systemic processes including neuromuscular excitability, skeletal muscle contraction, blood coagulation cascades, and cardiac rhythm regulation.
  • Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) Synergism: Enhances intestinal mucosal absorption of active calcium ions ($\text{Ca}^{2+}$) by upregulating calbindin transport proteins. Regulates serum calcium and phosphate homeostasis while preventing compensatory parathyroid hormone ($\text{PTH}$) hypersecretion and bone resorption.
  • Bone Mineral Density Support: Works synergistically to arrest age-related bone mineral density loss, reduce cortical bone porosity, and lower fracture risks in high-demand populations.

Clinical Indications

  • Bonex-D Tablets 60s is indicated for:
  • Prevention and treatment of Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency states
  • Prophylaxis and adjunctive therapy for osteopenia, senile osteoporosis, and post-menopausal osteoporosis
  • Meeting increased physiological calcium requirements during pregnancy, lactation, adolescent growth spurts, and post-fracture recovery
  • Prevention of secondary hyperparathyroidism and metabolic bone disease in patients with inadequate dietary calcium intake

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

  • Swallow 1 to 2 tablets daily with water, preferably during or immediately after meals to maximize calcium absorption and minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.

Precautions & Warnings:

  • For oral dietary use only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contraindicated in patients with hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, severe renal impairment, nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), or hypervitaminosis D. Use with caution in patients with sarcoidosis or mild-to-moderate renal insufficiency. Maintain a 2-hour separation between taking calcium supplements and oral tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, or bisphosphonates to prevent reduced absorption of these medications. Store below $25^\circ\text{C}$ in a dry place protected from heat and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
