  • Cetirizine Hydrochloride (10mg): A high-affinity, selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist. It blocks free histamine from binding to vascular and neural H1 receptors, thereby preventing localized vasodilation, tissue edema, mucosal hypersecretion, and nerve stimulation that trigger itching and sneezing.
  • Low Central Nervous System Penetration: As a second-generation antihistamine, Cetirizine exhibits high polarity and low lipid solubility, restricting its entry through the blood-brain barrier and providing non-drowsy relief for the majority of users.
