• Cetriswift Syrup (75ml) is an oral liquid antihistamine specifically formulated to manage multi-symptom allergic conditions in children and adults who prefer a liquid dosage form. Designed for rapid onset and sustained daily symptom control, its active formulation targets peripheral allergic pathways:
• Cetirizine Hydrochloride (5 mg / 5 ml): A selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist. It competitively blocks free histamine from binding to H1 receptors on capillary endothelial cells and smooth muscle, preventing vasodilation, tissue swelling, excessive nasal secretions, and itching.
• Low Central Nervous System Penetration: As a second-generation antihistamine, Cetirizine exhibits low lipophilicity, limiting its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier. This provides effective 24-hour allergy relief with significantly reduced sedating effects compared to traditional first-generation antihistamines.

• Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions
• Administration: Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use. Always use a calibrated dosing cup, spoon, or syringe to measure the exact dose.
• Recommended Dosage:
• Children (2–6 years): 2.5 ml (2.5 mg) once daily, or 2.5 ml twice daily (every 12 hours).
