• Bone Matrix Mineralization (Calcium Carbonate $1250\text{mg}$ providing $500\text{mg}$ Elemental Calcium): Delivers bioavailable ionized calcium ($\text{Ca}^{2+}$) essential for hydroxyapatite crystal formation within the extracellular bone matrix, maintaining structural skeletal integrity and preventing systemic resorption.

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

• Chew or suck the tablet thoroughly before swallowing; do not swallow whole. Take preferably after meals.

Recommended Dosage:

• Adults and Elderly: Chew 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening), or as prescribed by a physician.

Precautions & Warnings:

• For oral administration. Contraindicated in hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), severe renal impairment, hypervitaminosis D, or prolonged immobilization. Exercise caution in patients with sarcoidosis or mild-to-moderate renal impairment; monitor urinary and serum calcium levels during long-term therapy.
