1. Osmotic Decongestion (3% Hypertonic Concentration): The solution contains a higher salt concentration than the body's natural fluids. When introduced into inflamed nasal passages, it initiates an osmotic draw, pulling excess fluid out of swollen, engorged nasal tissues to instantly widen the breathing pathways.
2. Mucolytic Fluidification: The saline breaks the ionic bonds within dense, stubborn mucus plugs, thinning the secretions so they can be easily flushed or blown out.
3. Phosphate Buffer System (pH 6): Unbuffered hypertonic solutions naturally sting and burn sensitive, irritated mucosal linings. Instructions for Use

1. Preparation: Thoroughly blow your nose to clear loose blockages before starting. Wash your hands.
2. Filling: Twist open one single-dose 60ml bottle. Pour approximately half of the solution ($30\text{ ml}$) directly into the reusable bellows dispenser.
3. Assembly: Push the blue anatomical nosepiece securely onto the top of the bellows dispenser until it seats fully against the base ring.
4. Execution: Tilt your head slightly forward over a sink. Place the soft nosepiece firmly into one nostril to achieve a complete seal. Press the bellows downward in a single, smooth, firm motion. The solution will flow through the nasal passages and drain out the other nostril.
5. Repeat: Pour the remaining $30\text{ ml}$ of solution into the bellows and repeat the process on the opposite nostril. Gently blow your nose when finished. Wash the bellows and nozzle with warm water and let air dry.Recommended dosage is 1 full wash per nostril twice daily, or as directed by a physician.
