Superficial venous insufficiency occurs when the small valves inside the veins near the skin's surface become weak or damaged. Instead of pumping blood smoothly back toward the heart, gravity causes blood to pool in the lower legs. This pooling increases pressure within the capillaries, forcing fluids out into the surrounding tissues, which leads to heavy, aching legs, painful nocturnal cramps, and visible varicose veins.

1. Antithrombotic Core Action: Heparin sodium binds directly to antithrombin III, a natural protein in the body. This activation dramatically accelerates the inhibition of major clotting factors like thrombin and factor Xa. On the skin surface, it prevents new micro-clots from forming within stagnant superficial veins and works to safely dissolve existing micro-thrombi.

How to Use
