• Central Antipyretic Action (Paracetamol): Acts directly on the heat-regulating center of the hypothalamus in the brain. It inhibits central prostaglandin synthesis, triggering peripheral vasodilation and sweating to rapidly dissipate excess body heat and lower fever.

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

• Administration: Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use. Always use a calibrated measuring spoon or oral syringe to ensure accurate weight- or age-appropriate dosing. May be given directly or mixed with fruit juice or water if preferred.
