  • Coferb Plus Syrup (120ml Sugar-Free) is a plant-based therapeutic formulated to manage respiratory congestion and throat discomfort. Its sugar-free formulation makes it suitable for diabetic patients and individuals managing sugar intake. The syrup utilizes three complementary herbal active extracts:
  • Ivy Leaf Extract (Hedera helix): Rich in active saponins that exhibit mucolytic, spasmolytic, and bronchodilatory effects. It breaks down dense bronchial mucus and relaxes airway smooth muscle to relieve chest tightness.
  • Thyme Extract (Thymus vulgaris): Provides essential flavonoids that act as an expectorant and mild respiratory antiseptic, easing chest congestion and assisting in removing excess mucus.
  • Licorice Extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra): Contains natural isoflavones that reduce throat inflammation and bronchial spasms, producing a soothing demulcent effect to calm dry, tickling coughs and relieve throat irritation.

  • Administration: Shake well before use. Administer orally using the included calibrated measuring cap.
  • Recommended Dosage:
  • Children (under 6 years): 2.5 ml twice daily (consult a physician for infants)
  • Children (6–12 years): 5 ml twice daily
  • Adults & Adolescents (over 12 years): 5 ml three times daily
