• Coldcap Syrup (100ml) is a liquid oral formulation specifically calibrated to ease multi-symptom upper respiratory tract distress and cold symptoms in infants and children. Its combination of active ingredients works synergistically to target multiple symptom pathways:
• Paracetamol (120 mg / 5 ml): A central antipyretic and analgesic that inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system to effectively lower fever, soothe sore throat pain, and reduce body aches.
• Nasal Decongestant Complex (e.g., Phenylephrine HCl / Pseudoephedrine): Constricts enlarged blood vessels within the nasal passage membranes, reducing tissue swelling, clearing blocked airways, and restoring comfortable breathing.
