  • Expectorant & Secretion Thinning Action (Ammonium Chloride & Sodium Citrate): Increases fluid output in the respiratory tract and breaks down viscous bronchial mucus, lowering phlegm adhesion so it can be easily coughed up.
  • Antihistaminic & Reflex Suppression (Diphenhydramine HCl): Blocks peripheral histamine receptors to reduce mucosal congestion, dry up post-nasal drip, and calm hyper-reactive cough signals.
  • Soothing Airway Demulcent (Menthol): Delivers a cooling sensation to inflamed throat tissues, relieving local irritation and easing coughing spells.

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

  • Shake the bottle well before each dose. Measure accurately using a calibrated measuring cup or spoon.

Recommended Dosage:

  • Adults and Adolescents over 12 years: 10ml to 15ml three to four times daily.
  • Children 6–12 years: 5ml to 7.5ml three to four times daily.
  • Children under 6 years: Consult a physician prior to use.

Precautions & Warnings:

  • For oral administration only. May cause drowsiness or lightheadedness; avoid driving or operating machinery while taking this medication.
