Overview & Mechanism of Action

• Freenerve Capsules (30-capsule pack) delivers multi-action neuro-support targeted at peripheral nerve repair, microvascular circulation, and pain signal modulation:
• Myelin Sheath Regeneration & Axonal Transport (Methylcobalamin / Mecobalamin): Provides the active, highly bioavailable coenzyme form of Vitamin $B_{12}$ required for transmethylation reactions and myelin synthesis. It accelerates repair of damaged neuronal membranes, enhances nerve conduction velocity, and prevents axonal degeneration.
• Potent Neuro-Antioxidant Activity (Alpha Lipoic Acid): Acts as a universal lipid- and water-soluble antioxidant that neutralizes reactive oxygen species (ROS) in nerve tissue. It improves endoneurial blood flow, reduces oxidative stress in peripheral nerves, and alleviates diabetic microvascular complications.

Clinical Indications

• Freenerve Capsules 30s is indicated for:

• Relief of nerve-related symptoms such as chronic burning pain, tingling ("pins and needles"), numbness, hyperalgesia, and localized muscle weakness
• Adjunctive support in spinal radiculopathies, sciatica, intercostal neuralgia, cervical spondylosis, and post-herpetic neuralgia

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

• Administration: Swallow 1 capsule whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, open, or chew the capsule. May be taken with or without food; taking with a main meal may minimize mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.

Recommended Dosage:

• Adults & Adolescents: 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a physician or neurologist.

Precautions & Warnings:
