Overview & Mechanism of Action

• Kaluma King Lozenges (box of 100 individually wrapped lozenges) provides multi-symptom relief for upper respiratory tract and throat irritation:
• Cooling Local Anesthesia & Desensitization: Contains menthol and aromatic compounds that activate cold-sensitive TRPM8 thermal receptors in the pharyngeal mucosa, imparting an immediate cooling sensation that desensitizes local sensory nerve endings and counteracts sore throat pain.
• Aromatic Vapor Clearance & Decongestion: Releases volatile aromatic vapors during slow oral dissolution that penetrate nasal and bronchial passages, helping thin minor mucus deposits and soothing inflamed laryngeal tissue.
• Demulcent Action & Salivary Hydration: Acts as an oral demulcent that stimulates natural salivary secretion, creating a protective lubricating film over raw, dry, or inflamed throat mucosa to break the mechanical dry cough cycle.

• Kaluma King Lozenges 100s is indicated for:
• Fast relief of sore throat pain, throat tickle, and pharyngeal irritation associated with common colds, flu, or viral upper respiratory infections
• Soothing vocal strain, throat dryness, and hoarseness in speakers, singers, or individuals exposed to environmental irritants (smoke, dust, dry air)
• Temporary alleviation of minor nasal congestion and cough discomfort

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

• Allow 1 lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours as needed. Do not chew, bite, or swallow whole.

Recommended Dosage:

• Adults and Children over 6 years: Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours, up to a maximum of 8 to 10 lozenges in 24 hours.

Precautions & Warnings:

• For oral throat dissolution. Choking hazard: Not suitable for young children under 6 years of age. Consult a physician if sore throat symptoms persist for more than 2 to 3 days, or if accompanied by high fever, severe headache, nausea, or persistent vomiting.
