• Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Lemon (pack of 10 oral powder sachets) provides dual-action symptomatic relief delivered in a soothing, hot lemon-flavored solution:
• Central Analgesia & Antipyresis (Paracetamol $1000\text{mg}$): Inhibits central nervous system cyclooxygenase ($\text{COX}$) enzymes to block prostaglandin synthesis in the brain, elevating the pain threshold and acting on the hypothalamic heat-regulating center to reduce fever and systemic pain.
• Vascular Decongestion (Phenylephrine HCl $12.2\text{mg}$): Functions as a selective $\alpha_1$-adrenergic receptor agonist, causing vasoconstriction of engorged mucosal blood vessels within the nasal passages and paranasal sinuses to reduce mucosal swelling and restore airway patency.

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

• Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a mug of hot (not boiling) water. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved and drink while hot.

Recommended Dosage:

• Adults, the Elderly, and Children 16 years and over: 1 sachet every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 sachets ($4000\text{mg}$ Paracetamol) in any 24-hour period.
• Children under 16 years: Not recommended unless under direct medical advice.

Precautions & Warnings:

• For oral administration only. Contains maximum-strength Paracetamol; do not take concurrently with any other paracetamol-containing products due to the severe risk of fatal hepatic necrosis.
