• Toufcof Paediatric Syrup (100ml) is an oral liquid linctus carefully formulated for young children suffering from upper respiratory tract congestion and allergic coughs. Its multi-ingredient formulation targets both airway irritation and mucus accumulation:
• Antihistaminic Action (e.g., Diphenhydramine / Chlorpheniramine): Competitively blocks histamine H1-receptors to reduce allergic airway reactivity, soothe pharyngeal tickling, stop runny nose, and calm disruptive coughing fits.
• Expectorant & Mucolytic Complex (e.g., Sodium Citrate / Ammonium Chloride): Acts to liquefy and loosen viscous, sticky mucosal secretions in the tracheobronchial tree, enabling easier mucus clearance through natural coughing.
• Soothing Demulcent & Menthol Base: Coats irritated throat mucosa to calm cough reflexes and provide a comforting, cooling sensation in upper respiratory airways.

• Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions
• Administration: Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use. Always use a calibrated paediatric measuring cup, spoon, or oral syringe to ensure accurate dosing.
• Recommended Dosage:
• Children (6–12 years): 5 ml to 10 ml taken 3 times daily.
• Children (2–6 years): 2.5 ml to 5 ml taken 2 to 3 times daily (under medical supervision).
• Children under 2 years: Not recommended unless under direct supervision of a physician or paediatrician.
