TRIMEX EXPECTORANT DIABETIC 100ML

Overview & Mechanism of Action

• Trimex Expectorant Diabetic (100ml) is an oral mucolytic and expectorant liquid formulation specifically designed for individuals with diabetes or those requiring a strict sugar-free regimen. It targets wet coughs and bronchial congestion through a clean, non-glycemic delivery system:
• Sugar-Free & Glycemic-Safe Vehicle: Formulated with non-caloric, low-glycemic sweeteners (such as sorbitol and saccharin) instead of sucrose, glucose, or high-fructose corn syrup, ensuring safe administration without triggering blood glucose spikes.
• Expectorant & Mucolytic Action: Works by increasing hydration in the respiratory tract and decreasing mucus viscosity. This breaks up dense, sticky bronchial phlegm, making it easier to mobilize and cough up.
• Airway Soothing & Clearing: Relaxes tight airway passages, facilitates clear mucociliary transport, and coats irritated throat membranes to ease constant coughing fits.
• Clinical Indications
• Trimex Expectorant Diabetic 100ml is indicated for:
• Symptomatic management of wet, productive coughs accompanied by thick chest phlegm in diabetic patients
• Relief of chest tightness and airway congestion associated with acute bronchitis, tracheobronchitis, or viral upper respiratory infections
• Clearing persistent bronchial mucus build-up in individuals on sugar-restricted diets
