Overview & Mechanism of Action

• Colgate Toothpaste (15g) is a compact, daily oral healthcare product designed for cavity prevention and optimal oral hygiene. Its therapeutic efficacy is driven by active remineralizing and antibacterial clearing agents:
• Sodium Monofluorophosphate / Sodium Fluoride: Releases bioavailable fluoride ions that penetrate dental enamel, replacing hydroxyapatite with fluorapatite. This increases acid resistance against dietary sugars and plaque bacteria, halting early mineral loss and actively remineralizing early micro-cavities.
• Abrasive & Cleaning Matrix (Calcium Carbonate / Hydrated Silica): Gently polishes tooth surfaces to remove dental plaque, surface stains, and food debris without damaging tooth enamel or irritating delicate gum tissues.

• Colgate Toothpaste 15g is indicated for:
• Daily dental prophylaxis and cavity protection

• Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions
• Administration: Apply a small amount to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush thoroughly at least twice daily, ideally after meals, or as directed by a dentist.
• Pediatric Use: For children under 6 years of age, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing to minimize swallowing.
• Precautions: Do not swallow. Spit out thoroughly after brushing. If fluoride from other sources is being consumed, consult a dentist or doctor.
