Overview & Mechanism of Action

• Relcer Tablets ($30\text{-tablet}$ strip pack engineered for fast chewable acid neutralization and mucosal barrier defense) provides targeted multi-action relief across the upper gastrointestinal tract:
• Balanced Gastric Acid Neutralization (Aluminium & Magnesium Hydroxide): Reacts stoichiometrically with excess gastric hydrochloric acid ($\text{HCl}$) to elevate luminal $\text{pH}$ above $3.5$, rapidly inactivating proteolytic pepsin activity. The combination of Aluminium Hydroxide ($\text{Al}(\text{OH})_3$) and Magnesium Hydroxide ($\text{Mg}(\text{OH})_2$) balances intestinal transit time, preventing aluminium-induced constipation and magnesium-induced osmotic laxation.
• Foam Disruption & Gas Surface Tension Reduction (Simethicone): Acts as an inert surfactant that lowers the surface tension of trapped mucus-entrapped gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, causing them to coalesce into larger free gas bubbles that are easily expelled via eructation or flatus.
• Cytoprotection & Mucosal Healing (Deglycyrrhizinized Licorice - DGL): Stimulates endogenous gastric mucin secretion and mucosal microvascular blood flow, creating a protective coating over inflamed gastric mucosa and duodenal erosions without inducing systemic fluid retention or hypertension.

Clinical Indications & Uses

• Relcer Tablets 30s is indicated for:
• Rapid relief of hyperacidity, heartburn, acid regurgitation, and retrosternal burning caused by gastroesophageal reflux ($\text{GERD}$)
• Symptomatic management of acute and chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer discomfort, and non-ulcer functional dyspepsia
• Alleviation of painful gas distress, postprandial abdominal fullness, belching, and flatulence

Usage Guidance & Safety Precautions

Administration:

• Chew 1 to 2 tablets thoroughly before swallowing, 30 to 60 minutes after main meals and at bedtime, or as symptoms arise. Do not swallow tablets whole.

Recommended Dosage:

• Adults and Children over 12 years: Chew 1 to 2 tablets 3 to 4 times daily as needed (maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours).

Precautions & Warnings:

• For oral chewable administration only. Contraindicated or requires extreme caution in patients with severe renal failure, as compromised renal clearance increases the risk of systemic hypermagnesemia or aluminium accumulation toxicity. Antacids decrease the intestinal absorption of concurrent oral medications through chelation or altered gastric $\text{pH}$; separate administration of tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, digoxin, and iron salts by at least 2 hours. Store below $25^\circ\text{C}$ in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
